It’s that
time of year again: the sun is shining, the flowers are in bloom and we, the Equus
Journeys team, are excited to be heading off next week to one of the most prestigious and
exciting events on the UK equestrian calendar: Badminton Horse Trials!
Whether
you’re a seasoned Badminton spectator or heading to the glitzy equestrian event
for the first time, we invite you to come and meet the Equus Journeys team at our
stand in the Country Living Pavillion, where you can chat to Jo, Iris,
Francisca and Elizabeth about your dream equestrian escapes, and find out which
trips we’ve recently done ourselves! (We’ve ticked off the Spectacular Three
Parks ride in the USA, the challenging Crossing the Andes ride in South America,
and the exciting Iberian Crossing in Europe... among others!)
Of course, if
you’re a lover of Badminton shopping, you can also find all sorts of wonderful
artisan bits and bobs in the Country Living Pavilion -- from hand-crafted liqueurs to cute
dog collars.
This year, as usual,
we will be offering you the chance to win a fabulous riding holiday with Equus
Journeys, (last year it was a ranch holiday, this year, it’s a riding safari
for two people at the luxury Macatoo Camp in beautiful Botswana!) And, just
to sweeten the deal, this year we’ve teamed up with Ariat -- one of the best-known names in

If you’re wondering what to wear to this
5-star event, our sources tell us it’s looking like a warm and mostly dry start
to the week, but… we ALL know that the UK weather is notoriously unpredictable,
so we recommend coming prepared for everything: mud, rain, sun and heat!
